a great concern worldwide, as it has impacted the job market and economy of a country in a big way. A large number of metro youths are unemployed due to the cut throat competition. Large companies look down upon them, thinking they are not fit for the post, as they are quite young, lack experience and the potential skill sets required for the role. Living in an urban city in itself calls for a higher living cost, where the basic survival of an individual is challenged. With no work, youngsters often fall prey to wrong doings to sustain and make ends meets, by indulging in malpractices and increasing crime rates. Nowadays, pupils are over-burdened with work responsibilities, leading a stressful life with no time for social networking and leisure activities.
This
alienates the younger population in isolation,
in addition
to having an imbalance of personal and professional environment.
This
is especially true in the case of migratory people, who travel from remote locations with a vision to uplift their status quo, but are not accustomed to the offerings of the modern society. They start feeling neglected, which results in depression and
further
deteriorates their health. Government should take up the onus in educating the youth of ways of combating stress,
moreover
coming up with laws restricting working hours, thereby ensuring a standard work hour policy is in place, which creates an environment conducive for budding talent to thrive and grow. They should
also
promote local communities from different
socio-economic
involving social as well as economic factors
socioeconomic
backgrounds, who can reach out to people and provide necessary aid to eradicate the feeling of loneliness and encourage networking among peers and groups alike.

will benefit the society as a whole, making the planet a better place to live in.
