Some companies and organizations require their employees to wear uniform. What are the advantages and disadvantages of wearing uniform?

In today’s world,
uniform
plays a prominent role in human’s life due to which many companies and organizations adopt it. Some people assert that
uniform
has more pros while others condemn the statement. In the following paragraphs, I will present merits and demerits of wearing the same dress. As far as my views are concerned, there are multifarious pros of dress code. The predominant is that
uniform
becomes a symbol of identity for a particular
organization
or company.
Besides
this
, it can eradicate the difference between the highly paid and less paid workers in the
organization
. As they are all in the same
uniform
, they are identified according to their work spirits rather than their clothes. Apart from
this
, when all the workers are professionally dressed up, they feel more confident and behave in an amicable manner to their customers.
Additionally
,
uniform
within an
organization
can help in determining different departments.
For example
, Best Buy stores have

Hence

departments. Clearly,
uniform
leaves a positive impact on all the employees and helps to make a positive impact on customers. It is commonly said that coin has two sides so it
also
has a darker side.
Uniform
can bring boredom into employees’ life and they may lack the zeal to look presentable every

may lead to ineffectiveness in their tasks.
Moreover
, some employees might not feel comfortable wearing uniforms as they have allergies with some sort of cloth which might not suit everyone.
For instance
, employees can have allergies from cotton, nylon to name a few. To recapitulate, everyone has their own

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
