Dear John, I am writing to acknowledge the uneasiness caused to you because of the noise coming from our flat-house. We have not had our fireplace set yet since we have moved in earlier

 summer, and now since winter is around the corner, we are getting it constructed. I feel sorry for the trouble caused to you because of the construction activity. I would like to present my humble apology for all the crackling noise pollution you have been facing lately. I know home is a place where you want peace to prevail, and I feel sorry as it must be getting a little too much of you; when you come back home after a busy day, and the peace lacks there. While I have asked the workers to speed up the process, they have been advised to carry out the work only during the working hours so that the uneasiness faced by neighbours is minimal.

  • Paragraph 4 - Conclusion
    • Sentence 1 - Summary
    • Sentence 2 - Restatement of thesis
    • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
