Dear Friend Reena,
I hope you are doing great. It has been a while since we
last
met and hence
I am planning to go on a picnic with you and Nitasha the upcoming weekend, which is the 23rd of February. Does it sound melodious? This
letter is to discuss the preparations that have already put
into action and the ones which are left.
The location that we are thinking to go to Add a missing verb

this
day out is the Botanical Garden, Hyderabad. This
is a beautiful place in the north of the city and also
a perfect venue to spend some wonderful time with your near and dear ones. This
site is not very far from Kondapur and it will hardly take 15 minutes to reach from the regional bus stand or via a private taxi/vehicle. In addition
to that, they have tremendously beautiful gardens and a sports zone, which is available for all ages.
In terms of devising, I have already enquired with the garden office about the operational timings by calling them on the contact number provided by them on their website. Also
, I have reserved a picnic spot for all of us. Food has been ordered and entrance tickets have been bought by Nitasha. She has also
procured tickets for some of the activities offered in the garden.
We will need your assistance with arranging an umbrella, disposable utensils, and cold drinks. It would be of great relief if you can also
plan our to-and-fro journey from Kondapur. I have also
entrusted Nitasha with the
few other undertakings.
Speak to you soon my dear friend.
