Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for the governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

recycling and people’s participation in it is a moot issue and a lot of arguments could be observed among people as well as in the media regarding whether people should spontaneously take part in recycling process or the government should make it a legal obligation. I personally believe that government should impose laws and severely fine the violation of it to ensure proper misuse recycling.

while dumping them in recycling bins. They are expected to cooperate greatly in the recycling process.
