Some believe that spoken communication is always more powerful than written communication. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

✨ Do you want to improve your IELTS writing?
In fact, there are two types of communications,
this
is oral and written communication,
however some
Accept comma addition
however, some
considered that verbal communication is more effective than written. Personally, I do not completely agree with
this
idea and I will explain why.
First
of all, both kinds of communications have own advantage and are using in different ways. Almost all the significant contracts or agreements between individuals, organisations or countries are guaranteed by written papers, and signatures are usually regarded as official confirmation. It is because that without being recorded, verbal language itself is sometimes untrustworthy and fragile, and the deal is more likely to be broken if there is no visible evidence between the two sides.
Moreover
, written appears to be more effective than speaking when the information is too complicated or needs to be grasped precisely, namely doctor's prescriptions, machinery manual or regulations
On the other hand
, it is true that in various situations, speaking is an optimal way in which information can be transferred immediately.
Therefore
, spoken communication is favourable for daily conversations.
Moreover
, with the help of facial expressions during oral contact, may realize the enthusiasm of the interlocutor. In conclusion, I do not subscribe to the theory that spoken words have a more powerful effect than written words because all means of conversation are equally important, depending on our intentions and the circumstances.
