Opinions are divided on whether only managers should be involved in the organization's decision making or whether the contribution of employees is

 important. I believe that the opinion of employees plays an important role in the

's decision-making process. The idea of taking decisions by the supervisors of a

 is advocated by people on the grounds of confidentiality and experience. At times, there has been some information which a
company
 cannot share with all of its staff because it may contain confidential information like an organization's future roadmap and many more.
Moreover
, sharing

 confidential information with each member of the
company
 may reveal its secrets to its competitors.
On the other hand
, managers are fairly experienced as far as the market condition and the latest technologies are concerned.

, they can better guide the associates about the technology and the skills which are beneficial for them and the

, the above arguments can be rejected because having a transparent relationship with employees can help to build a strong bonding between

 and employer. By doing so, the employees will feel that their opinions are being valued and they find themselves as a part of a team which in turn helps in building a better workplace to work for.

 knows better than his manager about the improving areas and the training required to overcome those gaps.

, if a manager nominates his

 for training on the financial matter and the

 finds that training as a waste of time,

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
