, I am keen on disagreeing. The point that I would give to support my statement is that, many universities that are very prestigious tend to have higher tuition fee that the poor cannot afford to make the rich people have an easier access

. Poverty is a sad reality, one of the reasons that the people from developing countries don't go ahead in life is because of poverty. Compared to them all the developed countries are practically ruling the world. The reason being that more money and resources mean better educational opportunities and a surplus life style. That's not to say that the poor are never able to get into university, the intelligent and deserving candidates actually manage to enter into good universities, due to scholarships etc. But not everyone is lucky enough. Compared to that the rich can manage their way around many issues using their money, and have less to worry about student loans and daily living expenses. Recently, there has been a quotation going around among the youngsters, which goes something like "I would rather cry in my Bentley, be poor and homeless."
