It is a fact that when people are getting old, they have less energy and health to take a part in work life. While some people believe that governments should backing elder citizens financially, others argue that they should take

should financially support retired people. One of the reasons is that the retirement pension is limited and often not enough to pay for huge medical bills,

as heart surgery. Old people are more likely to suffer complicated medical conditions. They have paid taxes throughout their working life.

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:
