People today spend less and less time interacting with other people in their neighborhood and this has a negative impact on communities. What are the possible causes and solutions to this problem?

Over the recent years, people have become apathetic towards making casual acquaintances with their neighbours, which has exerted a negative influence on societies. As technological developments coupled with a fast and hustle-paced life can be considered to be the main triggers of
this
phenomenon, so would the organization of various
community
groups as well as
construction
Suggestion
the construction
of public facilities be of utmost solutions. The primary reason why people are indifferent towards interacting with neighbours in their
community
is that they are bombarded with substantial daily doses of using technology. To put it more precisely, rather than having personal physical contact with friends and acquaintances, they spend ungodly hours glued to their social media;
hence
, regardless of having hundreds of friends on Facebook,
for instance
, individuals have a modicum of data about those living
next
to them. Another major contributing factor stems from the fact that people have a negligible amount of time to socialize with their neighbours.
That is
mainly because people are concentrated on work and family more frequently than they were in the past. As a consequence, by being involved in work from dawn until dusk and trying to keep work-life balance, certain individuals have no idea about those living with them in the same block.
Thus
, as long as above mentioned problems exist, never can they be eradicated unless strong solutions take into consideration. In stark contrast,
however
, a range of available options can be taken to tackle
this
problem. Perhaps, the most effective method of doing
this
would be for governments to organize local
community
events so that people would have an opportunity to gather together.
As a result
, a growing number of people might likely to connect and make acquaintanceship with members of society.
This
is clearly illustrated by the report of the New York Times where Uzbekistan is believed to have had a strong bond between people due to the fact that the government frequently supports local
community
groups. One
further
method is to put up public facilities
such
as parks and
community
centres, which may let people meet and know each other in their neighbourhood. In conclusion,
this
problem is highly unlikely to be resolved in the short term.
However
, it is by no means insurmountable, and I am convinced that the optimal solutions outlined above would alter the condition cardinally and constitute an effective facilitator of dealing with
this
problem.
