Some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school. Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

or not has been receiving a great deal of public attention. While foreign languages play an integral part in a decent education system, studying other languages at primary school brings more advantages than drawbacks. On the one hand, there is a wide range of disadvantages to

drawback is that the period of 6 to 10 years, which is the time students continue to fulfil their mother

, so if they have to live in a bilingual environment, pupils are able to suffer from

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation
