Dear James,
I hope you are doing well.
I am so glad that you agreed to look after my house and my pet while I am on vacation.
Here, I want to list some activities that you are required to complete on a daily basis. Make sure you water my plants (located to your left when you enter the garden) twice a day. I stocked up all the groceries for you. Feel free and cook of your choice. It is good if you finish all the basic chores(including brooms, gardening, cleaning the dishes and feeding my dog) before your lunch. So that you can relax and watch something on TV while having lunch.
Coming to my pet dog (Max). He is very sweet. You can find his food right beside the small chair in the dining room. Just give him a full scoop and add some chicken mix into the bowl. Please provide him with the meal 3 times a day. He loves to play with his toys all the time. He needs a walk in the evening between 5-7pm for about 20min in our neighbourhood. Treat him when you think he listens to you. I hope he won’t bother you much.
In case of any emergency, please feel free to contact me
