It is better for young to get advice from older people than young people. Do you agree or disagree?

It's believed that it would be a better advice if it came from older persons rather than th

han younger generations, sometimes it's still good to get advice from those who pass through the same age and accompanying situations. In my opinion, the most important thing about getting a tip from someone is looking carefully whether
this
tip is authentic and useful or not. Despite having different mindsets, we cannot deny that older individuals encountered more risks and rough situations throughout their life than their younger counterparts.
Moreover
, they tend to act wisely and less recklessly.
For instance
, it's unlikely for a grandparent to lose his temper or behave in a foolish manner because he already had
such
attitudes back in his twenties and it didn't go well.
Therefore
, it's easier and more logical for the young to learn from their parents' mistakes before repeating the same mistakes themselves.
On the contrary
, we feel more belonging to people from the same age group.
Furthermore
, they are more likely to be going through similar hard times and tough decisions that have to be made.
For example
, teenagers feel worried as they go through puberty,
however
, they feel better knowing that their colleagues are going through the same physiological changes.
Consequently
, it might not be the best option to get guidance from young individuals, yet, we cannot deny the reassurance that we usually find in
this
. In conclusion, it's better for youth to be guided in an advisory manner from older people than younger individuals. Indeed,
although
it seems the accurate category of persons to turn to when searching for guidance, we often prefer those to whom we can relate the most. From my perspective, it always depends on the advice itself and one should be smart enough to distinguish a good tip from a useless one.
