of contacting directly.
However
Linking Words
, social networking has both advantages and disadvantages. In
this
Linking Words
essay, I will explain two of logical perspectives. On the one hand, one of the main advantages of the social media is connecting. It strengthens bonds with your loved ones. Distance is not a barrier anymore because of social media.
For instance
Linking Words
, you can easily communicate with your friends and relatives overseas.
Moreover
Linking Words
, we can find up-to-date information, make new friends and exchange knowledge in several aspects with others by the fastest and easiest way,

as by using Facebook, Twitter and Instargram.
On the other hand
Linking Words
, some people claim that using social media overly will cause many risks.
Firstly
Linking Words
, social media can exacerbate feelings of disconnect and even lack of communication skills. The reason is the lack of interaction with the environment.
This
Linking Words
can lead to outrageous behaviours both in the young and the old.
Secondly
Linking Words
, people have a tendency to squander a long time on using social devices, but they do not acknowledge that they exert severe impacts on their physical health.
For example
Linking Words
, using a mobile phone or computer for much of the day is a sedentary lifestyle which leads to obesity, gout and high blood pressure. In conclusion, I would argue that the benefits of social media outweigh the downsides, especially in our life today in which technology is a dispensable part.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
