Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing with regard to a course that I have had recently. The idea of just 2 weeks a new cuisine form a new country is truly fascinating and made me curious to join Italian-Pizza course. That was amazing for a short time, I could learn how to cook pizza, especially, when I realised that you have hired a well-known head chef from Italy who was professional in his job. The way, the chef taught me, showed me how simply, I can make a dough and cook pizza in a short time with some organic ingredients for my kids. I would like to admit that, now pizza is one of my main courses perhaps, two or three times a week.
