Countries with long average working hours are economically more successful than those countries which do not work long hours. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

While countries used to have short business hours, the recent decades have seen a rise in the amount of time some countries spend on their work. It seems to raise the opening hours can be a fundamental factor to have a pioneer economy. The normal working hours of nations vary. Many have long business hours and a few has brief opening hours. It seems that in a few cases, countries that have long working hours are not as successful as countries that do little. Not only are the countries where the mechanized task system is established, their work process is done at a very high speed, but
this
 process is done with considerable accuracy and precision. To illustrate, despite shorter working hours, Japan is one of the most successful countries in the world due to the use of the latest mechanisms and technologies compared to countries where, despite long working hours, their useful work does not even reach an hour, and employees waste most of their time. Countries with long-term working hours that adopt targeted strategies to increase the productivity of their employees and maximize their use are much more successful than countries that either have fewer working hours or have long working hours but whose employees are very inefficient. The secret of their success is that they provide the conditions for maximum efficiency of their workforce in all aspects.
