Some people prefer to work on school projects with a group, while others would rather work alone. Discuss both sides and give your opinion. Write at least 250 words.

Working in groups or working alone has both merits and demerits in it.Some people prepared to task in groups and few would like to task alone. I would prefer to
work
in groups and it has more benefits than working alone. When a group of people performing a task they can bring out distinct ideas on a single topic.Even if an idea did not
work
they can bring out some new thoughts and make it
work
.Lending hands to each other is the best part of working in groups.Always there will be a
person
to support the other. Each
person
will attain knowledge in different technologies and they will share the knowledge with each other. Interesting with one and another is more in groups.More they interact more they get to know about each other and it will make them comfortable to
work
with that group.Since working in groups, individual talent will not be recognised quickly. In some cases, one
person
will make all the effort in the project and the rest of them just simply gets the fame.
Likewise
, some preferred to
work
all my themselves. Own talent will be recognised when working alone.Credits go only to that
person
for their innovative and creative ideas. If their ideas going wrong, they have to start from the every beginning to make it right. Knowledge won't be shared, and they can't know about the new things. They have to learn all my themselves. Interacting with the other
person
is hardly happening. Even though working in groups have some cons, but still it will bring out many diverging thoughts."The unity we stand, Divide we fall"
