Although more and more people read news on the internet, newspaper will remain the most important source of news. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

The
internet
is beginning to rival newspapers as the best place to find information about what is happening in the world. In my opinion,
this
trend will continue and the
internet
will soon become as important as newspapers. On the one hand, one of the significant reasons why newspapers will still play a vital role, even in the
internet
age is that these are the most traditional means of communicating news.
This
is because that many people generally prefer reading news from a paper rather than going online.
For Instance
, older people or those in rural areas are more likely not to have opportunities to access the
internet
or, we can say that they do not like to

Finally
, many of us just want to enjoy an experience of holding and reading a paper with a cup of tea in the breakfast rather than looking at a computer screen.
However
, I believe that the
internet
will
also
become as popular as the newspapers, one of the crucial reason is that it allows faster access to news. To illustrate
this
point, with the
internet
, we can enjoy reading news or articles in real time, where ever we are, on mobile devices or other various gadgets. Another key benefit of online news as compared to the traditional ones is the ability to share articles, discuss them with other people, contribute our views or even can share those articles on social media.
For example
, there
are

internet
is less damaging to the environment. In conclusion, I disagree with

will

equally important.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
