Children can learn effectively by watching television. Therefore they should be encouraged to watch television regularly at home and at school. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In
this
techno-savvy era, the usage of technology is increasing day by day and the interest towards television is rising among children. Some people consider
tv
to be a good source of learning,
that is
why they believe that
tv
should be allowed to the students at their homes as well as in their schools.
However
, I totally disagree with
this
opinion, because it has lots of negative effects on the learners.
This
essay will discuss why is it not good for children to watch television?
To begin
with, there are numerous reason behind that the children should avoid the channels. No doubt that it is a great source of knowledge, but it contains a vast variety of other programmes too rather than knowledgeable shows, so the children might attract towards the unhealthy shows.
For example
, during watching the television, they may find another cartoon channel, which they will find more interesting rather than the discovery programme.
That is
why, they might divert their mind towards those programmes, and those could be worth less for them.
Moreover
, to face the screen for a long period of time is not good for well-being, and it may arise different health issues.
For instance
, according to one survey, it has been seen that those kids are watching a screen at their houses and schools too, they find difficulty in their eyesight. They face problems regarding the headache, eyesight, strength growth and more.
TV
prompts a sedentary lifestyle, which brings energy issues. To conclude, in these days children feels attracted easily towards
tv
Suggestion
the tv
.
This
essay discussed that how it is not appropriate for kids. In my opinion, I must say that access of everything is bad. Watching
TV
for a limited period of time is good, but at home, not at school. I absolutely disagree that the
tv
should be allowed in the schools too.
