Some people say now there is less communication between family members than in the past. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is believed by a few individuals that lately people communicate fewer with their relatives and the loved ones as they used to do earlier. In my opinion, I partially agree with the given statement and feel that
although
the means of exchanging feelings have changed a lot from the past, the communication so far has surged due to the rapid proliferation in the technology. In
this
essay, I will discuss both the aspects with relevant examples. On the one hand, the individuals earlier used to sit and gossip for long hours by visiting their family members frequently.
This
trend has positives on the mind of every family member, as
this
helps to rejuvenate them from monotonous work life and render them time to spend with their cousins and friends to know them better.
Furthermore
, in the past people have more leisure time, due to less technological gadgets in their home, and they like to spend free hours with their loved ones and parents. Even if, the relatives are living far away in distant locations they used to write letters and send them through postal services. Indeed, the earlier generations were free from the slavery of gadgets and they had lived their life with compassion and contentment.
Thus
, the people in the past had spent a contented time with their folks by sitting together and spending holidays together. On the other side, the cut-throat competition has forced many to stay away from their land and serve in some other city owing to more job opportunities
in particular
areas.
This
fact has led the communication gap widens in physical means, but virtually they can talk and even make video calls with their family and friends on just a click of a button.
For instance
, many youngsters have to leave their parents to study or work in a different country
also, but
Suggestion
, but this also
this
has not weakened the bond between them.
In addition
, the letter can now be sent through e-mails and despite these e-photos can be delivered without much cost, and can be saved for later use
also
.
Hence
, the technological automation has brought closer many relatives; the individual who is residing thousands of miles away can be felt closer. To conclude, I opine that,
although
, sitting close to each other and visiting frequently to the loved ones is missing today, the services provided due to the technological advent are inevitable, has filled the gap and the people are in contact in an efficient and a sophisticated way.
