Some people believe that educational success depends on good teachers, while others believe that students' attitudes are important. Discuss both and give your own opinion

While others believe that students should approach to scholarship more adequately in order to be successful, it is argued by some that qualified teachers play fundamental role in achieving favourable outcome during their teaching. It is in my conviction that, both tutors with qualification and learners' essential attention are crucial for being advanced.
To begin
with, grand-masters always have a colossal effect on the children while giving academic education to them. They are able to catalyse pupils study or,
on the contrary
, to decrease their interest in studying at all.
Therefore
,
that is
the only qualified and skilled teachers, who are able to guide students to construct their knowledge and precursor them to commit only great deeds.
For example
, skilled teachers have a profound effect on the development of patience and diplomatic skills to be at the forefront in achieving goals, while unqualified mentors might advise learners in effective ways that bring out to be less likely successful and all their endeavours will face to fruitless efforts.
However
, in order to be more advanced in studying students' attitude is no less imperative. From the other angle, even if there are proficient educators with psychologist's skills, but children do not have inclination of being academically educated, all attempts to create brilliant student will not meet expectations.
Therefore
, both factors are essential to educational success.
For instance
, many affluent parents are able to cover all outlays in hiring highly-sophisticated tutors for their children,
moreover
choose the best colleges for them, where highly-qualified professors are teaching, notwithstanding not all students become perspective in their learning, because their relation is not diligent, respectively. To conclude, due to aforementioned, I consider that, being successful in education depends on not only professional teachers, but an eagerness or willingness of students as well.
