Good facilities can be found in cities but not in the countryside. Therefore, new doctors and teachers should be sent to the countryside. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Recently, poor facilities have been regarded as a common sight of rural areas. In fact, some people suggest that new doctors and teachers should be assigned
with
Suggestion
to
 tasks in the countryside.
This
 view has my support for following reasons.
To begin
 with, the distribution of new graduates from medical and pedagogy schools could effectively contribute to the development remote areas.
In particular
, the lack of hospitals, clinics and schools has made rural residents among the most disadvantaged group in a country.
For example
, in Vietnam, there is a high rate of illiteracy due to the understaffed schools, which makes the citizens have a limited employment opportunities and
thus
 the low income. By allocating new doctors and teachers,
this
 would be a temporary solution which assists governments in promoting the well-being of the countryside. Another point worth discussing is that employees would stand a chance to enrich their working experience. Since doctors use their clinical skills to deal with the facility shortage, they would facilitate their adaptability and flexibility. For teachers, they could improve their communication skills rather than teaching ads which leads to the increment of their skills.
However
, the place of working should be chose voluntarily by the doctors and teachers as the compulsory allocation would stop the desire for a more satisfying quality of life. Needless to say working in the rural areas has many issues to address,
such
 as working conditions, transport and housing.
As a result
, they deserve a better salary as a recognition of their contribution and incentive. In conclusion, there is no doubt that working in the countryside is beneficial to both society and new graduates.
However
, I firmly believe that voluntary sign-up should be encouraged,
instead
 of compulsory assignment.
