The nature of
work
 done by people has become a debatable topic. Many intellectuals reckon that a person is likely to carry out same

 rather that any variation in it. While, others are considering the diversity in the pattern of

 is lucrative for workers.

 essay will discuss both views, along with my opinion.
To begin
 with, the former view is emphasizing the effectiveness of a

. An individual can hold a good command of a task with optimum productivity, with the help of experience in that

 in an effective manner. In my opinion, the latter view is more dynamic to fulfil the need of the workers and employers.
