Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however think that change is always a good thing. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
The nature of
work
done by people has become a debatable topic. Many intellectuals reckon that a person is likely to carry out same work
rather that any variation in it. While, others are considering the diversity in the pattern of work
is lucrative for workers. This
essay will discuss both views, along with my opinion.
To begin
with, the former view is emphasizing the effectiveness of a worker
in a repetitive work
. An individual can hold a good command of a task with optimum productivity, with the help of experience in that work
. If the nature of the work
will fluctuate continuously; a person cannot cop the difficulties in its operation. For instance
, the worker
in the production having vast experience can efficiently and accurately complete this
task due to his past experiences. Moreover
, the variety of work
brings excessive stress to the worker
. As a result
, he would try to avoid such
things.
On the other hand
, the latter view is portraying the potential of an individual with challenging different patterns of work
. Many workers want to break the monotony of the work
and try to attempt different way to work
. Such
flexibility in the workplace will enhance the skill of a worker
, as well as might result in the innovative style of work
. For example
, the modern companies are encouraging their staffs to adopt the flexible work
over the period of time for their holistic development. Thus
, the discriminatory nature of work
will be fruitful for the people.
In conclusion, the ultimate goal of the workers is to accomplish the work
in an effective manner. In my opinion, the latter view is more dynamic to fulfil the need of the workers and employers. Such
optimistic way of work
can enlarge the range of capability of a Suggestion

worker
