All over the world, societies are facing a growing problem with obesity. This problem affects both children and adults. What are the reasons for the rise in obesity and how could it be tackled?

It is reported that
obesity
is increasingly popular in the world, which has the negative effect on not only children but
also
adults. I think the busy behaviour is one of the most significant contribution to
this
phenomenon,
however
I
believe
Accept comma addition
however, I
that we can reduce the cases of
obesity
by having effective approaches. People are living in the modern society making them have a busy lifestyle. Generally, one has to spend 8 hours a day on working, so they don't have enough time to prepare the food by themselves. The perfect alternation is fast food, which help them save time.
Nevertheless
,
that is
a bad choice because fast foods contain lots of harmful ingredients
such
as oil, sugar making people who usually eat them easily prone to
obesity
.
Moreover
, lack of training is
also
one of the reasons. Without training, their body is not usually worked and burn calories, which help to have a fit body.
However
, I believe if we know the importance of our well-being and pay more attention to it, we can eliminate the
obesity
. With the help from government and fitness organisations, the basic knowledge of well-being can be spread among citizens, helping them to be aware of how important the fitness is. But just for the efforts from government and health organisations are not sufficient, individual should join hands to prevent it. It is recommended that everyone should have the moderate diet and often exercise, just by doing
this
we can hope to wipe out the
obesity
. In conclusion, the
obesity
is the result from busy lifestyle, in which people rarely exercise and prefer fast foods and the only way to effectively reduce is improving the consciousness of the importance of health and have sufficient exercise and sustainable healthy lifestyle.
