The effective way to reduce industrial pollution is to tax the companies that cause them. Discuss both views, and give your opinion.

Nowadays the
pollution
caused by factories and other industries is alarmingly increasing than in the past. Some critics argue that the authorities should increase the levy on the companies that cause
pollution
.
However
, I firmly believe that there are other effective ways in which the government can restrict industrial
pollution
effectively. No doubt introducing higher tax help the authorities to curb industrial carbon emission. By imposing stringent rules and higher taxes may hesitate the Industrialist to emit their company byproduct waste to the environment. To give an ideal example, in our country India the ecology department already fined many Industrialist with higher taxes for dumping their manufacturing waste in the forest and other remote areas.
On the other hand
, the department can
also
cut down the industrial
pollution
by offering
tax reduction scheme

tax reduction schemes
to the companies. The government can provide some tanks negotiations to the companies whom all are producing less
pollution
according to the industry standard.
Besides
, the administration can
also
offer loan and discount schemes to the industries for making fewer toxin products.
Furthermore
, the authorities can educate and encourage the industries to introduce new technologies to make energy from their factory byproducts.
For example
, countries like Japan and Taiwan are currently using these methods to control their carbon footprint effectively. To conclude, while it can be argued that too much emphasis is placed on imposing higher taxes for companies to control industrial
pollution
, my own opinion is that the Ministries can offer some rewards and tax reduction schemes to the manufacturers to control their toxin production.
