These days more fathers stay at home and take care of their children while mothers go out to work. What could be the reasons for this? Do you think it is a positive or a negative development?

In today’s era, women are equally contributing to the cooperate world like men do. Now the tables are turned as more fathers are looking after their kids whilst mothers are going out to work.
This
is due to the reasons like girls more productive nature of the workplace and innovation in technology. In my view,
this
will surely bring positive change in the society.
This
essay will elaborate my views
further
.
Firstly
, as a reflection of a developed country, the gender based inequality has come to an end because women have shown their capabilities in each and every aspect of life.
Moreover
, companies are showing willingness to hire more numbers of girls as compared to boys.
For instance
, in a recent study, companies having higher number of females have shown higher productivity because they do not take longer breaks and are more precise
then
conjunction used in comparatives
than
their opposite sex.
Thus
Suggestion
This
makes them a favourable choice for the working environment.
On the other hand
, recent development in technology has created lots of platforms for an employee to endeavour remotely.
Therefore
, fathers can now work from home and take care of their children as well and let their better half to enjoy the freedom and success which they are usually deprived of in their past. As an evidence, families who follow above mentioned culture have shown a lesser number of domestic violence cases. In short, it’s not that females are performing well in the cooperate life and technology advancement which makes them a better choice to go out and perform, but making them doing
this
will certainly make
this
world a better place where women are equally important as men.
