some people say that it is possible to tell a lot about a person’s culture and character from their choice of clothes. Do you agree or disagree?

There is a famous quote "Don'
t
judge
a book by its cover"
,
Accept space
,
it is really applicable when you are judging someone's character by their choice of clothes. Some people say it is possible to tell a lot about a person's
culture
, but I strongly disagree with that statement. Dressing manner has become very important in todays world and a lot of people
judge
them by their looks. It is mandatory to maintain a clean and neat dress when you are doing a white collar job or attending any formal gatherings. That brings you attention from people and which is
also
important. On few occasions or in a few places it is not necessary to have formal attire, but here some people
judge
them who not wearing a rich suit or dresses and think their
culture
is not sophisticated and
this
mindset should be changed. It is not like if someone not dressed well, they don'
t
have any manners or they are not educated. There may be a lot of reasons for their looks at that time, and not everyone who nicely dressed is well mannered and sophisticated. I have a pretty good example in my life.
Last
year we were searching for a new housemate, and one day there is a middle aged old man with a torn dress and a beanie cap with a beard. He looks like homeless. Personally, I'm not happy to bring him up, but my owner allowed him to take a room.
Initially
, I'm not happy, but later I realised that he is a genius. He has three degrees and work for a
multi national
involving or operating in several nations or nationalities
multinational
company. He can play five musical instruments including guitar. Later he gifted me a telescope and taught me how to use it. It is really a good lesson in my life. I saw so many people wearing nice suits, but
culture
less and don'
t
have any knowledge how to behave with others.
The saddest
Suggestion
The sad
part is those are the people who will get instant respect, but people should learn the treat people respect irrespective of their dressing. To conclude,
culture
and behaviour never come with dressing, we can'
t
judge
anyone by the looks.
