Not being a healthy and fit lifestyle can lead people to various health problems and the reason behind

in daily routine. The fundamental cause of not being healthy and fit is less physical

. To elucidate, these days, the majority of people do full-time jobs to fulfil basic needs and enhance their standard of living.

, they tend to be inactive and face many health issues,
