It is certainly true that some persons continue to job in the same group during their growth time.

, others believe that working at individual place help them for better and get more success. I have given my views as follows, but it is always good to task with different organisations. Many person effort for the whole activity in the same company association.

In 2020, as per Cambridge university research, more that 60% employee agrees that it is highly recommended to effort with a different employer if you want to become successful in an activity. In a nutshell, I personally agree that we should industry at different places within our field for better future, prospects and gain much knowledge to become competent in our activity span.
