The number of people working online from home has grown in some countries. What advantages and disadvantages can come of this trend?

In the latest period, working from home, or freelance, has gained a huge popularity. Either going to work frequently or staying up until the evening are not the requirements anymore. Within the modern time frame, the amount of tasks, that can be done at home, is increasing. The trend of online full-time employment unequivocally looks entertaining for the hordes of people.
However
, each decision-making process leads to surprising ramifications. The main advantage is a psychological sense of freedom.
