Some Companies have uniforms for their staff which must be worn all the time. What are the advantages for a company of having a uniform? Are there any benefits or drawbacks of having a uniform for the staff?

Many companies make their employees wear a common
uniform
during their office hours. Implementing
this
practise enables the feeling of equality among all the workers and
also
it becomes a symbol of the company by which it can be easily differentiated from others. Sometimes the
uniform
also
protects the person from injuries. Uniforms are often used to make people working together feel that they all are equal. Just like schools which make students to wear
uniform
so that no one can feel inferior to someone wearing better clothes companies
also
use
uniform
for the same reason. Companies have their own uniforms for all of their staff members. Sometimes the group decides
work
wear on the basis of the employer's status. Like the workers who
work
on fields have a different reliable clothes than the staff member who have to
work
in offices. But their main aim is to develop a unique identity of their firm which helps in advertisement of the firm. There are certain jobs which require
uniform
as a precaution to prevent any fatal wounds during the
work
.
Here
Suggestion
Hire
the
uniform
serves as a shield for the worker. Usually people who have to
work
on field require
such
specialised uniforms.
For example
the people working on construction sites or mining sites were a headgear eye protection shield etc. While a fireman has to wear thick rubber boots and gloves and face masks. To summarize, the use of a sensible orderly clothing is beneficial as increases the feeling of equality and sometimes becomes necessary for the protection purposes.
Hence
the use of
uniform
has been always
advantious
