Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time, and have health problems as a result. Why do so many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem?

Usually, full
day
workers spent very less or no
time
during working days or on weekends for exercising resulting in health issues. The main cause of
this
is their busy working schedule which can be treated just by sparing some hours from working days for themselves. In
this
fast moving world and busy daytime schedule people hardly have
time
for their health. People have been so engrossed in their jobs that they have forgotten to take care of themselves. We are so busy in minting money that we do not remember that "health is the real wealth." The best way of staying fit is by doing work out
everyday but
Accept comma addition
every day, but
every day but
due to long working hours employers come home so tired that they hardly have energy to practise any kind of exercise.
This
is the reason why more and more people are facing the problem of obesity. To include, nowadays the parks are only filled with children and old aged people one can hardly see any middle aged people. The only solution to
this
is people need to themselves realize and try to spend their free
time
in some fitness activity. People must need to make some schedule which balances their working hours and exercise
time
. One can wake early in the morning and go for a walk or jogging before their office hours.
This
would improve their fitness and
also
help them stay active and energetic throughout the
day
.
For example
, there are so many fitness centres which have morning yoga sessions one can join them practise yoga daily. To summarize, exercise is the key to a healthy lifestyle which must be done by everyone by sparing some
time
from their
day
to
day
routine.
