Using a computer every day can have more negative than positive effects on people. D o you agree or disagree?
Many people are if the notion that daily
computer
usage could have bad effects on oneself rather than good ones and I completely agree with this
statement since serious issues like poor vision and bad postures may occur as a result
of regular use
. This
essay will discuss the negative effects of continuous computer
use
.
First
and foremost, the main issue that occurs is an eye problem. Constant use
of the computer
will cause increased strain on the nerves, which then
leads to vision problems due to damage the optical nerves. This
type of issue is mainly seen in working who spend a lot their work in front of computers without taking any breaks in between. For example
, a health study conducted by PG students in an
hospital report increased usage of Suggestion
a
computer
systems as the leading cause for eye damage.
Secondly
, it could lead to back pain due to poor posture. People who use
computers tend to sit in a constant position for a great amount of time. Especially, if they have been sitting in a bad posture for hours, as no proper spinal support has been provided thus
resulting back aches. For instance
, a recent survey revealed that poor posture during younger age can lead to serious spinal damage when one becomes older.
In conclusion, in the modern world number of people spend a lot of hours on computers for various reasons has increased. But, in my opinion, spending a lot of time in front of computers would definitely have a negative effect the user.Submitted by Mary on
