In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

People’s accommodation depends on many factors and forms the lifestyle of residents everywhere. In some countries, families prefer to own their residence because they think that it is advantageous. In my opinion,

is a disadvantageous situation because if we limited our thought to buy or rent a housing property, it would negatively affect our future. My discussion with supporting evidences will be illustrated in the following lines.
