In India, the government has declared to pay additional 12K rupees per annum to the teachers teaching between grade 8 to grade 12, in order to encourage people working in

To conclude that, though there are many challenges in education system for secondary schools, if initiatives are taken in a proper manner, all the troubles can be nailed down easily.
