These are the maps of a

 hospital's surrounding in 2010.

, In 2007, There was a common car park (staff and public

 hospital. While, in 2010,

 separate car parks are made, public car park is on the left
side
 of a

 hospital and staff park is on the front-left

 of a

 hospital connecting with the hospital

, in 2007, there were six bus stops attaching with the hospital

, three bus stops were left

, There were no roundabouts in 2007. But, in 2010 there are

Suggestion

 roundabouts connect to the bus station. To conclude, the parking lot and bus station are changed by their position and

 roundabouts are added to the different roads.
