Some people prefer to live in a house, while others feel that there are more advantages to living in an apartment. Are there more advantages than disadvantages of living in a house compared with living in an apartment?

Many people think that living in a
house
is ideal, because you have more space and independence, while some others prefer the security and community life offered by an
apartment
. In modern times, when you don't have much time to enjoy your home, leaving in a condo is surely better, from my point of view. The main pro in living in a flat is that there is more security, not only because usually there is a concierge, but because there are many people who can watch your
apartment
and report any possibly dangerous situations, in case you are not home. Another advantage is that you can experience real community life, something
that is
really important, especially for young people who work and live far away from home and from their friends. For a person in
this
situation the comforting feeling of good neighbouring is what helps him to face their stressful routine . There is no worse scenario, indeed, than coming back to an empty
house
, but in a condo
this
emptiness is mitigated thanks to the voice that you can hear from your
apartment
. On the other face of the medal, the space can be quite limited in
this
kind of buildings, particularly so concerning the outdoor one. Sure, you can have a balcony where you can cultivate some plants, but it doesn't stand a chance against a sunny Sunday morning in the beautiful garden of a mansion. Another disadvantage is that in a flat you don't have much independence. Usually the walls inside are quite thin, so many leisure activities that you can do in your
house
, from watching TV to dance practice, have
to be done taking
Suggestion
taken
in mind that you can disturb your neighbours. At the end of the day, I think that the advantages of living in an
apartment
, the security and collectivity offered by it, overcome the wide space and independent life assured by a
house
, particularly for young people.
