Even though doctors advise old people to get more exercise, many old people do not get enough. What are the reasons for this? What are some possible solutions for this?

Exercise is an essential activity for everyone to be healthy. The Old generations are
also
not an exception to it. Many of the individuals do not exercise in spite of an advice from their doctors due to their
health
conditions. Reasons for
this
choice of elderly people and promising solutions will be discussed in following paragraphs. The foremost reason is related to the fear of injury. Due to aging, senior citizens do not have the capability and confidence to make the activity as the younger generation. There are various other problems
such
as arthritis add on to the fear that the exercises might increase their pain. Another persuasive reason is related to their historical upbringing. The concept of gym, personal trainer, yoga was not available during their adulthood, so they are not confident enough to join these centres at
this
age
.
For instance
, almost 95% of the people who register in the gym and yoga classes are young and middle-aged people. Various solutions can be implemented in order to overcome the problems of senior people. One of the
prominent
greatest in importance or degree or significance or achievement
preeminent
solution can be the care from their personal trainer who give them the confidence about doing training and explain them about the overall
health
of an activity and relieve them from their pain. Another efficacious solution is related to the building of parks with workout equipment in all the residential areas.
For example
, in the recent years, the government has funded budget for
this
initiative that support mainly

groups. In conclusion, aged people should do the regular exercise due to their
age
related
health
problems which they cannot do even though being suggested by medical practitioners. The reasons are related to their anxiety about the pain and their childhood habits. Personal trainer and place of doing physical work with their
age
people is the possible solution to overcome
this
issue.
This
way individuals can really improve their
health
and can live longer.
