Many people believe that scientific research should be carried out and controlled by the governments rather than private companies. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Following the increase of investigations in a wide range of science fields, people have been curious that who should be in charge of the results and get the rewards, some sets of people argue that corporations can take it,
however
, others believe that the results of the science should be owned by the nation. I personally agree with the latter opinion. Admittedly, I partly agree that the companies' ownership of scientific results.
First
of all, as far as the function of capitalism is concerned, all citizens, including inventors or scientists can pursue their interests that can earn by selling the ownership or ideas of the inventions or results.
Additionally
, from the perspective of companies, it is natural to promote their profits through researches. To explain in detail, if the company takes over the rights to use and to produce,
then
they will be manufacturing plenty of products in an effective way, and people who desperately required can use it. What's more, the invented skills or product cannot be directly applied to society due to the concern of safety,
therefore
, more time and investment are necessarily needed to investigate to meet the guideline of stability. From the aspect of cost, companies can invest effectively more than the government with specialised knowledge and professional technologies.
Nevertheless
, I, as one of the opponents of
this
new, would like to point out several reasons related to the patent. Foremost among these is perhaps
this
issue is related to the life, more specifically, there is a bunch of people who are suffering from diseases that can be fixed, including malaria, or polio,
conversely
, the cost of the drugs are alarmingly high,
therefore
, the patients cannot be cured.
This
is because the huge medicine companies monopolized the property, and they raised the fee for making profits rather than curing people. Another reason worth mentioning is that a lot of revered doctors and scientist has been contributing their results to the country.
For instance
, the scientist who created the penicillin gave up the right to have it, despite offers that sell the vaccination from companies. Without contributions, we should live in a fear of antibiotics' price.
As a result
, for the purpose of humanity, the results should be owned by the country, not for the profit. In conclusion, considering the principle of capitalism that the roots of the economy, the desire for money can be respected.
however
Suggestion
However
, the value of people's life should be considered
first
due to we are social animals that have a sense of humanities.
consequently
Suggestion
Consequently
, the government should take the result of scientific investigation, including new medicines or vaccinations.
