There has always been a

debate as to which phase in a person’s life is the most exhilarating. Some opine that the teenage years trump the adult years when it comes to the happiest times, while others believe that despite the responsibilities that come with adulthood, it can still bring more
happiness
.
This
essay will highlight these differing opinions before a conclusion is made on which is the happier of both. On the one hand, there is a certain amount of freedom that can only be enjoyed during teenage years.
For instance
, during the holidays from school, a teenager can have all the fun they want, no worrying about school work, finances or what

of them or themselves
their

meal will be because they know there will be an adult (parent) making sure that all their needs are catered for.
This
free state of mind allows a teen to indulge in activities that bring
happiness
.
On the other hand
, adults find their
happiness
from achieving the goals they have set for themselves. A good example would be when a woman buys a car, regardless of the fact that she has to fuel and service that car which would be a recurring duty, there is so much
happiness
that comes from achieving that goal of getting something for herself.

. In summary, while I think teenagers enjoy bouts of
happiness
because of the freedom they enjoy from a lack of/ little responsibility, I do think that the fulfilment that

an aspired goal that you have worked hard for as an adult, is most rewarding and brings a greater feeling of
