It is often said that governments spend too much money on projects to protect wildlife, while there are other problems that are more important? Do you agree or disagree?

The
wildlife
consists of animals commonly found in the jungles – Elephants, Pandas. It is often debated that the
government
spend too much money on
wildlife
projects. Though it is important to save the lives of animals, I beg to differ with
this
notion as the
government
ought to invest in public services. There are the key concerns that encompass health and education system in ensuring the well-being of the citizens,
therefore
the
government
needs to prioritise
such
matters. Certainly, the various species of
wildlife
we hear today are at the brink of extinction due to mankind’s illegal hunting and poaching.
For example
, it is reported that the numbers of Pandas and Elephants in China are dwindling. Indeed, Elephants are often hunted for their ivory to satisfy mankind’s needs
such
as using them for keyboards on a piano or medical uses in traditional
chinese
a native or inhabitant of Communist China or of Nationalist China
Chinese
medicine. They use these to treat others, conclusively clear that using
such
measures

measure's
benefits mankind in numerous ways. Just like we have the basic human rights to live, no other humans should kill us irregardless of the need to.
Similarly
, the
government
does the same to protect the
wildlife
. Yet, there are other pressing matters
such
as the
healthcare
Suggestion
health care
in one’s country.
Instead
, it is critical for the
government
to invest in upgrading the system when needed. To exemplify, the recent Covid-19 pandemic has shed light to all that
healthcare
Suggestion
health care
cannot be overlooked. In fact, some countries like Yemen do not have the basic facilities to nurse patients, resulting in a rise in deaths. Henceforth, it proves that the
government
has to place their funds in more crucial issues that impact the citizen’s health, allowing
healthcare
to be available for all.
Furthermore
, the lack of education is one of many problems countries face globally.
For instance
, students in
third
world countries
such
as India do not have proper schooling. Due to the living conditions that they live in, is disheartening to see that crimes – corruption, raping, murdering, stealing are commonly committed.
This
leads to citizens facing fear when living in the country.
Thus
, it is critical for the leaders in the country to build up a better system to create an environment where all can live harmoniously in a community
instead
of focusing on
wildlife
while lives are at stake. To conclude,
although
it is vital to prevent animals from going into extinction, I feel that the
government
should prioritise the importance to keep up with the ever changing world. In fact,
healthcare
Suggestion
health care
and schools should be made free to all rather than restricting it to those who can afford. After all, as these needs are taken into consideration,
then
one should care about the other matters that do not have that much impact.

A very long essay will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 260 to 290 words in writing task 2. This will ensure a concise essay and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 40 minutes to write the essay and you need around 10 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long essay in 30 minutes.
