Individuals can do nothing to improve the environment; only governments and large companies can make a difference. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued that the
further
betterment of
environment relays
Accept comma addition
environment, relays
completely on the
government
and the big multinational firms.
However
, I completely disagree with
this
statement since small initiatives can make a big difference.
This
essay will discuss why individuals play a crucial role in improving
environment
when compared to legal bodies and large firms. The country's power lies in people, but not just in the
government
or the private organizations. Individual contribution can make a huge difference in maintaining the cleanliness of the surroundings. Even though council collects the
waste
from the bins, it would not be effective if individuals don’t segregate the
waste
properly. To illustrate it better, Australia is ranked number one in collecting the recycling
waste
and
this
was only possible because the citizens have dumped the reuse
waste
only in the bins which it has been going rather than disposing them in the general
waste
bins. The
government
and large companies have surplus resources to improve the
environment
, but the ultimate end user is the public. If people don’t use these equipment’s
then
there is no value attained by these resources which will lead to zero improvement.
For example
, Despite of introducing a swatch Bharat scheme in India, there are still a few cities like Bihar which don’t follow
this
mission and statistics shows that the reason behind
this
is due to less individual involvement.
Hence
, Public participation plays an important role in making a project's success. To conclude, the difference in
environment
Suggestion
environmental
change is not only bought by the
government
or large MN'C but it is
also
attained by each individual being responsible and working for the cause.
