Some people think that paying tax is their only duty, while others believe that we have more responsibilities towards our society.

Some would argue that
tax
payment is their only responsibility, while others would say that there are more duties towards our society. While paying money in the form of
tax
help government to implement various
welfare
schemes, I believe that people should participate in
awareness
programs related to the
welfare
schemes. On the one hand, some people think that a nation can implement several
welfare
schemes with the money they receive as
tax
Suggestion
a tax
.
That is
to say that money received from, people can be utilized to introduce several
welfare
schemes to the poor and needy, which results in a better life for them.
For instance
, a recent article published in TimesNow newspaper stated that the people who benefitted from the
welfare
activities in India increased by 10% in the year 2019 after they had increased the
tax
rate by 2%.
However
, I believe that people should directly involve and create
awareness
in activities
such
as educating poor children.
On the other hand
, it is often believed that people should participate in several
awareness
activities.
In other words
, people should actively involve in creating
awareness
among the uneducated parents about the importance of education and the benefits of educating their children.
For example
, a recent comprehensive survey in Indonesia found that their country's literacy rate increased by 5% in the year 2018 after their government had introduced a mandatory education
awareness
activity for their state employees. I believe
this
school of thought is preferable because people should be made aware of the schemes to enjoy its benefits. In conclusion,
although
tax
payment help government to introduce various
welfare
schemes, I believe that
awareness
should be created in public to utilize them.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
