Youngsters, are the future of the country, so, people have different opinions about their future plan; whether they have to continue their studies or work as skilled labour to serve the society. Some people opine that youngsters should join universities for higher studies and get professionally qualified. It's very important to have highly qualified professionals like doctors, engineers, scientists and teachers, etc.

build a strong and efficient nation. Education is the backbone and right of every person, its very important to acquire preliminary education from schools and
further
studies from universities. Higher studies will definitely provide additional knowledge, exposure, competency and skills to earn their living. Nowadays, companies prefer only qualified professionals for white collar jobs. There is another bunch of people who opine that youngsters should be encouraged to work as car mechanics or builders to fulfil the labour shortage and thereby serve the society. It's very important for a young guy to learn skills and join part time work to earn money, because it will create confidence and make himself dependent. In my opinion, it's important for a youngster to join university and higher degrees, because it's very important to have a bachelor degree or post graduation. Part time job, is a better option from where they will gain exposure and experience from a life working atmosphere which will add value to their resume.
