It is disputable topic for quite a long time that how to look after on physical

and food habits. Few people assume that every human being should maintain their physical fitness on their own, whereas, others think

should take care of the well being of their citizens.

talk about how individual can look after of their

can play the key role in diet and nutrition of their civilians.
Health
plays a vital role in our life and if we decline to maintain it,

many life-threatening diseases will appear on later stage. People should make sure they should not compromise on wellbeing. People can adopt healthy and natural foods in their diet which gives nutrition. Not only adequate food habits, but exercise and meditation are

important to improve both physical and mental fitness. In my opinion, people have already started taking

of their citizen. There is no doubt in that, if the authorities can conduct awareness programs to clarify what are the detrimental sides of junk food or carbonated drinks,
