In the future, nobody will buy printed newspapers or books because they will be able to read everything they want online without paying. To what extend do you agree or disagree with this statement?

With the development of technology, the use of electronic devices has a rapid increase. These products change the living habit of citizens. In these days, the issue of whether printed materials will be continued to be used has aroused people's discussion. Some people believe that online resources are more cost-effective.

point of view. It is evident that there are lots of advantages of using online resources.
First
, online materials are much cheaper than their physical counterparts, and most don't even cost anything.
In addition
to that, eBooks bring a lot of usefulness. No matter where you are, it can be read at any time, it is like carrying a library.
Lastly

more environmentally friendly because they don't need to be printed, which reduces the use of paper and protects the trees. Along with the benefits to people, there are many drawbacks to online resources. If books are all digitized, teenagers will have eye strain and eyesight will be damaged by staring at the screen for too long.
Secondly
, e-books have more errors than paper books that are proofread multiple times.

Lastly
, e-books do not reach the height of spirituality. In a paper book, we feel the words and the peace of mind, which are the things that the cold screen cannot do. Considering the value as well as the weakness they create, these materials should both be used rather than replaced.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
