It is quite common for both the parents in a family to work. Sometimes, this is because they need two salaries to survive, whereas at other times, it is their choice. What problems do you see in this situation ? How does this affect the children and family life ?

It is frequent practise nowadays for a husband and wife to have full time employment because they need the additional earnings to support their family.
Although
this
can
also
be by discretion. There are certain issues which might arise from
this
hereby affecting their offsprings either negatively or positively. On one hand, the absence of both parents for a long stretch of time daily reduces the relational interacts between family, which can lead to lack of proper care by hired helps put in charge of taking care of the children.
Secondly
, these children while alone can pick up bad habits and might attract the attention of the wrong people and friends.
This
can be detrimental to their growth.
Therefore
the children are unsupervised and
this
can lead to bad and immoral influences in their choices as their parents are not available to take care of them.

Thirdly
,
Also
this
can affect the education of their offspring as there would be no one to review their school work on time, give advice and guidance on school and learning troubles. While
on the other hand
, where either of the parents work, there would be a caring adult to oversee the children, ensure they have the right nutrients which
as a result
would increase family bond and togetherness. The children will be raised right by whichever parent is in charge and
this
will curtail their behaviour and while they learn life skills and interactions in a healthy and happy environment. In conclusion,
although
money is important in raising a family, it should not be to the disadvantage of the children. Parents should learn to count the cost of their actions, thereby choosing what is right for their offsprings.
