hectic life makes children and parents hard to prepare meals every day. It can be hard for the children to learn required to make a meal.

, I believe that the elderly should be taught how to cook at an early stage as opposed to waiting until adulthood. Many children have a keen in food, and should not rely on their parents until they become adults. Eventually, once they moved out of parents' house, they have to prepare their meals. It's a great idea because in

way, they can gain the knowledge about food, which nutrients should be absorbed and obtain an acknowledge how badly a junk food is. If children well educated about nourishment and preparing cuisine, they can be independent and will be able to prepare a healthy meal by themselves at the time when their parents are busy with work.

, to raise well-educated kids, the parents encourage them to learn about nourishment from at an early stage, it becomes a very beneficial thing for them.
