More and more people are moving away from agricultural background to relocate to cities in order to look for work.what will be the consequences of this.what solutions can you offer.

Since decades ago, the majority of the people are moving to cities for the
job
opportunities and leaving the
agriculture
Suggestion
agricultural
work
. In
this
essay I will discuss the potential causes of
this
approach and put forward several solutions to it. On one hand, the demand for houses and transportation is increasing due to the new immigrants coming to the
job
hunt.
This
leads to surge in rent prices due to lack of infrastructure available in cities for accommodating people. People are leaving their permanent house for the new
job
opportunities in cities for their better future perspective and earnings, which eventually helps them to build their career but
this
approach make cities overcrowded.
For instance
, several surveys show from
last
10 years, most of the Indians move to the metro cities with the dream of getting jobs are still struggling for the better life. To tackle
this
issue, the government should take some initiatives to bring some investments to create some employment in rural areas to avoid the overpopulation in cities and to balance the cities.
On the other hand
, most people feel they are not earning enough money in
agriculture
despite of all the hard
work
they are doing and
this
eventually leads them to leave the
agriculture
work
for the
job
.
This
is due to the lack of new technology and education which hinders them to continue their
work
in farming. To exemplify, a recent survey published by the Economic times shows 70% farmers in India still use the old-age techniques in farming due to lack of capital available and the required knowledge. Government should provide some subsidies to the farmers for their equipment purchase and farming education to the farmers which helps them to do their
job
in a more efficient and productive way.
This
will boost the nation's economy in the near future if our
agriculture
techniques will become better. To sum up, I believe if the government takes proper steps in the future to help the farmers and create some jobs in the rural areas, situation will become better and people will continue their
agriculture
