some people think that sports are important, while others think that they are just leisure activities. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Some held a particular view about existence of sports, because it seems like just
leisure
activities. Whereas others insist that sports play a vital role in our lives. So both perspectives thoroughly elaborate with some reasons. Overall, I agree with the statement and some reasons follow later.
Firstly
, the argument in favour of sports being
leisure
activities would be that some sports are relatively less vigorous,
also
it is undeniable that sports could be a relaxing for people who are under a pressure from work. An activity which is less energy-consuming for individuals are climbing. People can be exposed fresh air with their friends, while going up to the top of a mountain which is a tremendous energy-wasting.
This
kind of activities are able to unwind, and keep up posted by their friends, just like other kinds of activities do too.
However
, I've noticed that the
leisure sport
Accept comma addition
leisure, sport
doesn't only play a role as
leisure
activities, they
also
definitely have a positive effect on our physical and mental, which makes us more significant in our daily life. Sedentary lifestyle takes its toll on our health.
For example
, obesity, nearsighted, autism, and neck problem are more and more popular. Some sports can help us handle these problems.
For example
, the players have to raise their head time to time during playing a badminton, which helps relax their stiff neck. And playing
such
strenuous sports can make the players more open-minded, which is very effective to tackle with mental problem
such
as isolated feeling. All aforementioned points lead me to a firm conclusion that different types of sports have different functions,
hence
some sports are considered as
leisure
activities because of easiness. So most of sports are playing a significant role in our daily life.
